now I got my self extra pare of same ram but ver4.1 Every time i install Vista Ultimate 64bit im getting BOSD.I try with 32bit but I'm still getting BSOD ,I take 2 sticks out and all ok when I run patch from MS support side add 2 extra mem sticks BSOD me again.
Now I'm trying to install 32bit Vista Ultimate with 2Gb only than update windows, install SP1 than patch .... and only than add 2 extra sticks if that works I'm gone try same thing but with Vista Ultimate 64bit.

any idea if I'm ona right track? lol

You need this hotfix from MS. Here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929777/en-us

I had to use just 2gb to install vista then applied the hotfix and added my other 2gb of ram. works fine.

It's possible there is something wrong with the ram slots, try swapping 2 gigs around in different combos to see if you have a dead ram slot. That is what happened with my sig rig. 2 of my dimm slots are dead, and it pissed me off to no end when I started the build cause I couldn't figure it out. This is just a possibility though.

I think the ram may be faulty. Try running the newer sticks in.

The link I gave you has a 32bit and a 64 bit version. This hotfix maybe included in SP1. Have you tried the 4gb's again?

Correct, the hotfix is included with SP1.

Was SP1 already loaded when you tried 4Gb of ram?

keep in mind that 4 modules put a lot of stress on the 680i chipset. Try lowering the ram to 1000 and see if it BSODs.
