Probably not, unless it's a very high quality one with a relatively heavy 12V rail. Even if it runs, don't count on any overclocking.

I'd go with at least 500W with ~30A on the 12V rail(s)

Check the label of the PSU. The available current (amperes) or power (Watts) should be mentioned.

Yes, i am currently doing it myself with a delta 400watt. My PSU has 2 12volt rails that are 18amps each, but psu will allow 30amp max. Just check the specs on your psu on the manufactuers web site. Hope this helps you! Im gettin ready to replace mine, as i am adding alot more equipment to my pc. If your 12volt rail/s equal at least 26amps together you should be fine!

Agreed, although I'd like a little more than 26A. To be safe, I'd say 30A (combined) is the minimum.

Here are the full specs of that PSU:
http://www.fspgroupusa.com/PC_RETAIL...X400PNSPEC.pdf

25A on the 12V rails max.... a little too light for my taste. It might pull through, but I'd get a bit more powerful PSU to be honest.

Alright, what about a GS then, would that be a major improvement from a 7600GT? Will it run? Can it max CoD4?

May I ask what your budget is?

I'd personally upgrade the PSU... something like this Rosewill will work just fine:
