If you were to do that, you'd probably be able to play COD4 maxed out, or REALLY close to being maxed out I'd imagine. Its a REALLY well coded game. Any multi-threaded games will suffer big time though (cough Crysis cough). If you don't want to do a WHOLE lot of upgrading...seems like what you want, here's what I'd do:

Get an 8800GTS 320MB off newegg for $114 or $119 (forgot the exact price).
Or get an 8800GS (don't know the price of those, but roughly the same area as above).

Then get a bigger PSU that's stable, I'd recommend the Antec Earthwatts 500w myself. Cheap and plenty of power. Its also a very stable and reliable PSU, hence my recommendation for it. You DEFINITELY will need a PSU upgrade to be on the safe side....no matter what card you get.

Even if you don't upgrade anything else, you WILL see a big difference from the 7600GT. But be warned, that computer will bottleneck that card VERY badly. You have an absolute GREAT Socket 939 motherboard, however it really isn't a price/performance good upgrade to get a better chip and more RAM for it. However a better graphics card and PSU could potentially follow you into a new build later down the road.

Just my $0.02. Hope this helps.
