[Gamesradar] First person to beat GTA IV

You're the first games writer to have finished GTA IV, how does that feel?

Pretty darn sweet to be honest, I allowed myself a quick smug grin when the Rockstar guys told me! It's funny; I didn't actually really get to play as much as – say – the Benelux journos we met while up in Chelsea (we were based in Rockstar's actual offices and I think I racked up 25 hours at the final count, while they were ensconced in their hotel rooms playing up to 11 hours a day!) and I also had to write down some fairly comprehensive tips for the first batch of missions so actually I got off to a slow start.
Source

25 hours to beat the main campaign? Thats not to bad.. consider there should be another 50+ hours of side quests and stuff.

(As always I searched before posting.. sorry if this is a repost)

Thats a good campaign run.

I expect an extensive side story system to rack up at lest, what you said, 50+ hours.

It's gonna be one of those games that i just keep playing after i already beat it 50 times.

Nice find.

This is kind of a random comment but, i hope that the frame rate is decent with this game. I just got assassin's creed not too long ago and the graphics are good but the frame rate sucks and vsync is off. It REALLY takes away from the gameplay for me.

Im pretty sure he is talking about the Console version. On the 360 the frames are ok but in certain situations the frame rate will drop like a ton of bricks for like a second. If he is playing on his sig rig then its probably his Graphics Card.

lmao, sorry i guess i wasn't very clear.

I'm talking about assassin's creed on the ps3(for some reason i was thinking we were talking about the ps3 version of gta IV).

It is really irritating that vsync is off in assassins creed. It just looks terrible. I hope that wont be the case with gta.
