btw cant wait to see the case when finished.
You always wet sand clear coat, regardless of orange peel or not.

Orange peel throughout the vehicle/substrate is just a big sign saying you're doing something wrong ... hand speed is too fast or spray pattern is too thick/etc etc. You can generally get a surface orange peel free (assuming you have high quality guns and tools ... I still get it around body lines and whatnot, though I like to blame it on my $100 spray gun ) without too much hassle if you keep what you're supposed to be doing in the back of your head and don't be thinking about boobs/chicks/etc

I would love a write up. I've read all the faqs on computer painting I can find. I like to see the different ways people go about it.

ah well im only 18 11/12 so im not all that experienced with it and plus what i was using was a schools guns and the booth was teh crapehist thing ever. give me a couple years and i should be able to come out with a good nearly orange peel free PJ.... but first i need to find someone who is willing to apprentice me. apprenticing in a small town sucks. their is no turn around.
