on the support tab there is the bios updates and im asuming i need to update to P32.

My question is will this include all the previous updates on it, even tho it is a smaller file size? and can this update be done on a flash stick? thanks!

What CPU are you using? I updated to P32 to use an E8400, I went back to P31 for my E6750. As well, I recommend using a CD or floppy drive if you are going to flash it. Are you overclocking? You should fill out your system specs here: http://www.overclock.net/specs.php?do=addsystem

erm its a Q6600 so its for quadcore, and its the GO version so id best go for it. Also the read me states:

2. Using a bootable floppy or bootable USB flash drive, boot to DOS.

how do i boot to DOS? or when i put the files on the disk do i have to set my boot priority to floppy, for it to do it automatically? thanks

and yes im clocking it

You need to go into the bios and set your cd-rom/floppy whichever has the updated bios on it to be first boot device. Press "delete" during post which will get into your bios then go into "boot device priority" and change it. You don't need to worry about the boot to DOS part as the disc will automatically launch and give you the option to update.
