Resize them when you upload them to imageshack. (rotating them in M$ Paint or something would be nice too).

I would recommend using CoreTemp, not Speedfan for your temp monitoring. Also, please fill in your system specs here, so that we can better help you.

there we go, thanks for the help.
I think I have got a lot of more room to OC, but wanted to know if I was goin in the right direction, and where to go next, i think my cooling is ok as i ran the stress test for 36 hours and was about 51 degrees full load.
thanks

Ah, that's much better.

Now, that OC looks pretty good. and with a load of 51C, you still have some headroom to bump up the voltage a little if you need to. I would guess that you could hit 3.3-3.4 while staying under 65C.

3200 / 11 = 290 =)

So that seems like the way to go

Though sorry to rain on your parade, 266 to 290 is a big jump, you have voltage headroom but temperatures may hold you back

Also a lil suggestion, in your system i thinks you should have your CPU description as like 'E2200 @2.93GHz' As you've done well =) So show it off ^.^

I'd say go for the healthy number of 3GHz, try 3.2GHz as just benchmarking/proof you can

You won't need to touch any voltages apart from the CPU voltage to run at 290FSB, as the motherboard is rated for 333FSB. Considering your current cooling, I wouldn't take the CPU vCore any higher than 1.45v.

Also make the following changes as necessary;

Advanced BIOS Features

HDD S.M.A.R.T Capability - Disabled
Limit CPUID Max to 3 - Disabled
No-Execute Memory Protect - Disabled
CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) - Disabled
CPU Thermal Monitor 2 (TM2) - Disabled
CPU EIST Function - Disabled
Virtualisation Technology - Disabled (Enable only if you use VMware/Virtual PC/etc)
Full Screen Logo Show - Disabled
Init Display First - PEG
