It realy anoys me when I hear of stuff like this, this ideots shouldnt even be put in a position of helping people with their pc's. I had some guy at tech guys ask me if I needed help when I went to buy my asus eee pc, I asked him if he has any of them in stock... his reply was dont you mean acer? lol I was like no I mean asus they are 2 differnt makes, made me think who the hell employs these people? they dont even know a large brand like asus...

I've asked if my store carried it before, and they were like "no" it's not even a real computer. I was like ***? (well.... why?) and they said it doesn't even have a hard drive.

this reminds me of a now gone large computer store in canada that opened for 1 year only near the HomeDepot I worked at. Went over on lunch to buy a few thigns, prices where good atleast. guy was at the counter asking questions about networkling back when home networks where uncommon. Guy behind the counter trying to sell things had no clue, I finely cut in and corrected him once as I could not stop laughing. Ended up spending 30 min with the guy lol. and dam it I got no commission. But ya correction a sales persion sounds great tell the customer starts asking you questions
