I think I might have just stumbled upon something... never knew what it was for per-se so I didnt touch it.. havent had the chance to research it, will do so when I get home from work 2morrow...
Note whats highlighted in red.... if I enable that, it asks me for optimal, high performance, or high frequency settings. So lets say for fun I hit high performance, then it says CPU-OC (below as you can see) and a percentage from 0-14 percent and a MAX setting (assuming 15 percent).
Could this lame @$$ sli memory crapola be limiting my cpu AND memory?
EVEREST > CPU Clock 3204.0 MHz (original 2800MHz, overclock: 14%)
Wouldnt it be funny if this setting is refusing to allow my cpu to overclock? Anything higher than 15 percent results in... *drumroll* stock multi!!
Could this be it?
