whats the best graphic card for $200?

i wanna know if the graphic card do any good for watching movie? cause i'm not really a gamer. and also i'm planning to upgrade my motherboard . saw they advertise the evga 790i. is it really the best out there? looking for advice!!! thanks

At that price (200) everyone will say 8800 GTS 512MB (G92)

Edit:
And as far as the 790i goes, only for SLI. The intel p35, X38, and X48 mobos are much better overclockers. You said you're not a gamer so there's no real reason to get an SLI mobo which allows you to run 2 or more graphics cards in tandem for extreme game performance. I'd recommend the DFI DK P35 as the best mobo for your needs.

what brand is the 8800 gts that u mention? for the motherboard what one is good for multi task and downloading? i don't know how to overclock yet, but i'm learing right now. so which one is easy to overclock?
