Am I able to mount Rad upside down?

Thread Starter
I have a mid tower and there is no way for my radiator to fit in the rear exhaust unless I mount upside down. Will this affect performance? Also, can I just mount laying down on my case?

a lot of people mount them on the bottom or top perpendicular to the case. since your case doesn't look like it has very long legs (from what i seen with a quick google) you could mount it on the top.

If the rad inlet/outlet fittings are at a higher location vs. the return side of the core, things will work out best. This way, air in the loop doesn't become trapped. Trapped air is a real pain to get rid of.

I usually have them down because it ends up having less tubing for my configs that way, I always have my rad mounted so it easy to take off and shake to get all the air out of it, then I leave it laying low while I'm bleeding, that helps to work all the air out of it....
