New motherboard to the EVGA line-up....the 750i FTW - Page 5

As mentioned above, EVGATech_JacobF said at http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.asp?m=320413

"It is dual x16.

Inside the manual, that is a misprint, we are updating that now.

Thanks,"

So, its dual x16, yeah? Not x8, x8.

Foxconn makes a lot of the boards out there. Anything that pretends to be a "reference" board or whatever is probably FoxConn.

They definitely do all EVGA boards.

Huh? You have a JetWay brother, I think the funniest thing is the a review of your board off of NewEgg's site.

Pro's: It is a motherboard with an acceptable layout (being derived from an EVGA SLi board design). It worked at least part of the time and deserves 1 egg for that.

Con's: The BIOS was terrible and often crashed on me or loaded a page halfway with text and then stopped. The system actually booted into windows successfully only about half of the time. The board simply could not boot up with more than 2 memory modules installed. It finally quit on me after about a week of use.
