Ok I have got:

X2 4400+ toledo
Geil Ultra X PC3200
Asus A8N SLI Premium

I have overclocked to the below settings. If I up the FSB to 233 MHz I just get bsod on boot. Is that a normal speed for that setup to become unstable and also is there anything else I can alter to get further maybe voltage etc I would like to maybe get my RAM up to 400 MHz

Multiplier x11
CPU Freq I have got to 232 MHz
RAM set to 333Mhz

like 2.5 GHz workes fine Idle: 29c Load: 44c

Lucifer, have you changed your HT multiplier yet? If it's still on 5x then that will bring you up to 1160mhz. On socket 939 anything over 1000mhz HT can lead to stability issues. I'd change it to 4x for now.
How much vcore are you running at the moment. I would start isolating each component to find it's maximum limit (processor, motherboard and memory). Here is a helpful guide that explains that process: http://www.overclock.net/faqs/31782-...pu-memory.html. That should give you a nice baseline after your done.

If you could please add your system specifications to your signature. That will let us know what your running hardware wise. You can do this by going here: http://www.overclock.net/specs.php?do=addsystem

Good luck
