I finally purchased a monitor. Well, I wouldn't say "finally", as this is much earlier than I intended, but I just ran into a little extra money out of nowhere.

It's the Samsung 2253BW. $309.99 with free shipping at NewEgg. I'm so excited!

it was $269.99 after the $100 instant savings- which made it much cheaper than the other 22" monitors I was considering. I have never seen a widescreen that scales a 4:3 image as beautifully as this one- I play BF2 at 1280x1024 and it looks awesome.
