Mini-ITX mobo with standard ATX PSU?

Hey I need some advice, I don't know if this is the best section/forum but here it goes. I know some you know what you're doing so hopefully you can help.

I have a slimline PC that has a bad power supply. The power supply works but REAKS to the point where after being left on it smells the whole house for hours. I opened it up and thought it was one of the capaciters so I replaced it and it still didn't work so now what I want to do is put a new PSU in... however the PSU motherboard power connector is a smaller version of the standard ATX one. I think I can just take the adaptor off and move it to a standard atx PSU and be good to go but I don't know how to do that! Here are pictures of the PSU. The PSU is model dps-108db. I will end up moving the mobo in a new case because a standard atx psu won't fit.

The colors match up and are the same as my standard atx 300w power supply, the connectors are just SMALLER.

Can I get some advice on how I would move this connector to a standard ATX PSU so I can get this machine up and running?

well if you still have the old power supply you can go to here...http://www.frozencpu.com/products/38...c133s257#blank
this one will allow you to disassemble the plug and be able to attach the old one as long as the the mini-itx standard psu doesn't move any of the wires around on you. and if they aren't used cut them off a little ways from plug and wrap in electrical tape.

I found the solution.

I took an good old standard ATX power supply and cut off its mainboard power connetor. I cut off the motherboard power connector from the nano-itx board and then soldered the connector to the standard ATX PSU and it worked! The colors matched up with the exception of one hanging cable from the standard atx PSU.
