MSI 8800GTX OC Version

Thread Starter
This may be an extremely dumb question so I apologize. I just installed a MSI 8800GTX OC Edition. It is supposed to be OC'd from the factory to GPU: 610MHz, Memory: 2000MHz. I just opened up ATI tool and it shows as 576MHZ and 900MHz. Now, I didn't think I had to OC it manually, i thought it was supposed to be set already. Is this true or do I need to do it manually?

Thanks, and sorry for the dumb question.

Looks like they gave you a stock clocked version instead of the OC version.

yep. You got the wrong card, or at least a card with the wrong bios.

submit a question to MSI I guess?
