those are the specs of my computer, im just wondering if someone could tell me how to get the best of it throu overclocking and all that good stuff

First thing to do is click on the quick links icon in the upper left corner and click on user control panel.In there you'll find an easier way to put your systems specs in.

for starters, get into the BIOS and get comfy with the settings there, or read some stuff on BIOS tweaking and optimizations.... a quick google should help you...

access the BIOS by pressing F2, F12 ot DEL when you first start it up

I have a ECS nFORCE4M-A (or used to) The board is great for OCing. I have had the FSB past 275 and it was stable, my CPU (AMD Sempron 3000+ 1.6GHz @ 2.2) was holding me back because it wanted more voltage, which the nFORCE4M-A doesn't have as an option in the Bios. Overall a greatboard, as for your CPU... The 4200+ is very capable in the OC department and you have good ram... should be good for OCing. Ask me if you need any tips.
