Flip the PSU bracket so the PSU is directly underneath the divider. Drill out the four rivets holding the PSU elevation plate to the case floor. Place 480GTX on its thin side and have push pull with 38mm fans + shrouds. Cut both side panels to allow air to flow freely.

Not using shrouds is equivalent to throwing 1/3rd the radiator away. An thin, low fin count radiator can work with 25mm, however, the GTX is thick and restrictive...and 38mm have a steeper pressure/flow curve. For example, the 88cfm 25mm Panaflo peeks at .13" of water, the 86cfm 38mm Panaflo (which I use) peaks at .18".

Shroud calculation:
Area of outside of Fan (120x120): 14,400 sq. mm.
Area of Blade (118mm) - Hub (55mm) = 10,936 - 2376 = 8,560 sq mm.

That is a loss of 40.5%, said a third because the fan case acts as a minimal shroud.

And that assumes that the fan is in pull.
