I would just add a single 3870 to the setup.

I'm ordering Vista tonight and then a 3rd Visiontek 3870 for tri-fire. Will also have to order a 3rd Swiftech MCW60 water block and ram sinks.

Definitely get a 3870 over another x2, in fact I'm going to pair a new x2 with my existing 3870 .

I was actually thinking the same thing. I've got one 3870 but want to buy another one. I would like to see some legit results on 2 3870's vs 1 X2. I found one site that did a comparisson, but it was apples and oranges. they bought a OC eddition X2, 860 @ stock and cheaper brand 3870's that were 775 stock. I want a legit comparison, Like 2 VisionTek 3870's @ stock speed (800) VS 1 VisionTek 3870 X2 @ stock speed.
