When I suggested that the setup is 'sliced' in essence, I was referring to how the frames are diced one way or another, depending on the rendering mode. I guess you can also apply it in the sense that your 'graphics setup' as a whole, is sliced up into multiple components.

I think it makes sense, as long as you don't think about it too hard.
