Overclocking 9800gx2

Thread Starter
My 9800gx2 finally came in the mail today I have it installed and working. I opened riva tuner (2.06) and said that it couldnt find a .sys file so i uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Now that I have rivatuner back open, I dont see an option for overclocking like I did before. Could someone help me out?

btw i installed the xtreme g 174.74 drivers

The latest version of RivaTuner is 2.08, you might want to use it instead(don't know if it makes a big difference or not). -Found Here-

Also you need to click the little triangle tab where it says forceware detected if you wish to set a fan profile or OC profile.

-EDIT-

Creating a Profile:

1) Click the little triangle tab
2) Select the first picture called "system settings"
3) Select the Fan tab.
4) Set driver level fan control to "direct control"
5) Scroll dial up the the exact fan speed you desire under "performance 3D"
6) Click the little diskette symbol to save the profile. *Note* I name mine fan60 for 60%)

How are you getting the newest rivatuner to work without driver signatures in Vista 64? I have to hit F8 on boot to run rivatuner.
