Is there an easy way to trade in your 32-bit version for a 64-bit version? or will i just have to buy it all over again if i wanna move to 64-bit?

If it's OEM, you gotta buy a new version.

If it's retail, you talk to m$ and they trade you versions for $10 or $20 or something.

Actually you can still use Microsoft's Alternate Media for it. It's a $10 fee though.
