If it's over a 1000, you did something wrong configuring Vista. The difference isn't that much when you take some time configuring Vista (just like you spend the same time configuring XP...).

i had to vmod the core to 1.4 v tho which meant 68 c load
anyone know the highest 'safe' temp for the 3850?
oh and its a gecube 512mb version btw with a his style cooler

Heh pretty nice, that sounds about right. I get 10k with my cpu at 2.8Ghz, so that means at 3.6Ghz I should get 12k or higher also. Link for the 10k score is in my sig, it's only a mild overclock on the videocard also (it can go much higher). Maybe I should give it a shot too

How did you get 1.41 vcore on your 3850 512? i would seriously like to get over 810 on the core clock and see how much my score increases.
