should i get it and give my brother my m2n-sli deluxe or should i just get a shipper mother board? like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813138074R

friends got the m2n32-sli deluxe mobo and it runs hot the heatpipes work but its just unnaturally hot for some reason. he's very good with computers and only thing he can do is undervolt and take the side of the case off and run an ac fan on it. so unless your willing to deal with insane, performance hindering, lock your system up heat id consider a different board. id ask around a bit more though cause it might not be the boards design but just that specific one that needs something done to it that he's to lazy to do.

I have the m2n32 for my AMD rig. No issues with heat on the nb. Your planned upgrade from the 570 (m2n) will not yield you any improvements as your sig states that you're also planning an upgrade to a 3870. The advantage of the 590 on the m2n32 is 2x16 pcie as opposed to 2x8 on the m2n for SLI. I would buy your brother the cheaper mobo and keep the m2n.
IMO, the m2n32 is the best AM2 overclocker. But you've reached a limit on your 3600X2, so the m2n32 would not benefit your rig unless you upgrade your cpu as well.

m2n32 would be good if you want to sli your cards and get max performance out of htem, aside from that I wouldnt bother unless, as was mentioned before, you upgrade your cpu. Then again, upgrading the cpu on that board will get you about the same OC ability on an m2n32.. either way unless for SLI perormance I wouldnt bother...
