Dirt cheap board that will overclock

I need an am2 board that will overclock that is dirt cheap, so if someone could list off a few that would be great. I really want to be able to get like 260+ fsb out of the board. Brand really doesn't matter, would like to keep the budget under $60 with shipping. But finding one at $40 would be the sweet spot.

For $40 your going to be wasting money on something thats going to give you more problems in the future and you'll probably spend more money on repairs, shipping, etc. Its good to always invest a little more for quality, so you wont have to worry about those things. With that said, do you need a board that supports PCI-E, AGP, DDR-800, 667, 500, and etc.

DDR2-800, one pci-e. Its for my backup rig, that happens to have a 5000 Black edition in it. I said $40 was the sweet spot, $60 is what I will spend, maybe a bit more if its just amazing, but I am not expecting a 590sli board here.

Well and when I hit the fsb limit I can always change the black editions multiplier up so I can get plenty out of it, I just want to push my HZ's up as well since I have them why not right?

What's wrong with your current MSI board?

Severely limits my overclock, for whatever reason it refuses to boot when I change my multiplier up. So the fsb is limited to about 220-225 so just not where I want to be. Also when I bought it, I didn't have a graphics card but a friend upgraded and gave me his powercolor x1600pro 512mb card free, so I am going to run it. This rig is mainly for folding, but also for light gaming for my wife/kids, and me when my main rig is down.
