I'm looking at getting that very same board infact I have already ordered it. I made a post similar to yours with no responses. Anyways my Asus P5N-D isn't overclocking stable past 3ghz so im going to pay a little more bang for my buck and get 780i. I'm in the same boat as you looking for the best memory to use on the board that overclocks very well. So far all I hear is G-skill is the best bet but im not sure if I will need 2g or 4g since i have windows vista x64

Well with XP 64 you can use it. Do you need 4g? If so by all means get it!

Not true at all, i run XP 32bit, and my comp sees 2.8 gig and runs at full speeds.
Look at it this way, when you upgrade to Vista you wont need more mem, and for the price and the OC dude its soooo worth it.
