Nice OC - if it's stable...

Download HWmonitor for temp monitoring and then run Prime95 or Orthos on blend for 8+ hours.... if all is stable, change your ram timings to 3-3-3-8 and get the ram divider as close to 1:1 as you can (try for 240MHz or so)

thanks alot for ur reply and help ...i will stress it soon
i just finish 3Dmark06 fully tested score 4438
i would like to push it a bit more to 2900-3000MHz on cpu..will it be bad?or i should stay the way it is
what save temp i should stay in between?
on other side...im using Ntune and ATITOOL to clock my GPU but everytime when i restart windows the clock speed auto set to default..how to save it so i dont have to set it everytime? please help.

Keep it below 60c on the cores and youll be fine. 3.0 may be out of reach, but there is no harm trying. Depending on cpu cooling used, if its a decent aftermarket cooler, your volt max should be around 1.5 - 1.55 temp dependent. If still on stock cooling, invest in aftermarket right away.
