Yeah, I did it, but I can't even raise the FSB by 10. It lacks PCI-E lock too...

Maybe intel had to use a G0 in it because of a M0 shortage or something?

If only you could Take the IHS off, cuz the M0's are shorter from less cache in theory. (2Mb on there, vs. 4Mb)

Take the heatsink off and clean off the thermal paste, take a look at the uSpec# and other infos on the IHS, assuming its not lapped.

demiurge3141 at anandtech apparently has a GO 2140, he posted http://forums.anandtech.com/messagev...&enterthread=y "No need for that, I looked at the caps underneath the chip and they are arranged exactly like the E6's, so I think these are just E6's with bad cache."

You could check and see if same. Or maybe intels server is busy/down for a reason.

Take it out and find out the sspec code and batch number on the cpu.

Then look beneath the chip to see if the caps are arranged like a conroe or an allandale.

IT'S A G0!!!!
G0!!!

Wasn't the E2000 and E1000 only L2 and M0?
Althought, it's VID is 1.35V, not 1.325V or 1.25V like I found in other E2000s

What's that?

And it's pretty hot with stock cooling (I think it's stock). 40ºC idle...
