Well our cooling is probably different however for a semi-standard overclock such as the 400x9 I figured cooling shouldn't be too much of a factor (I believe he has nice air cooling, personally I have a decent watercooling setup).
This is my computer at idle. The vcore drops significantly at load (1.43ish) and the tempuratures hover at about 55-58, depending on the core and how long you've let it sit there running. It's still not stable because last night I set Orthos to run and came in today to find 'Windows has recovered from a serious error.' So something either overheated or didn't have enough voltage. Other than stress test burn ins its pretty stable.. Gamed for a little while last night, did some PS work, etc.
Currently my memory is running completely stock settings.. 800Mhz @ 5-5-5-15. I even gave it a slight voltage bump so that shouldn't be the issue here.
If you all think I should make a new thread I will. I figured since he was having similar issues with similar hardware I'd just join in on the conversation.
