Hi! guys! as you can see i use an amd right now and i want to switch to intel and can some1 help about a motherboard and processor cause i have no idea whats a good mobo and processor for intel..right now i have $270 and i'm goin to be using my current/sig parts. If i change a mobo and a processor do i also need to get a new Ram kit? Tnx in advance!

I would go with Gigabyte DS3L, an E8400 /Q6600 and cooler of your choice.

The CPU is the one you need to find a deal on. Retail prices can be very high for some of the dual cores. You should be abnle to find a Q6600 or E8400 for $185-$200. Even with a E2xxx overclocked, you will see a vast improvement in performance.
