Just saw this thread over at XS, looks promising... MSRP < $250 for an X48 DDRII mobo that has a nice clean layout and OCs well. Supposedly slated to ship within the next week or two.

quadcore fsb damn good, efficiency also quite nice.
direct boot from Bios, memset fine tune in OS.
vfsb=1.42v, vNB=1.575v, cooling by a tiny heatsink+2000rpm 8cm fan.
final retail stock cooler has not ready yet.
i'm gonna show pics when the board is ready for shipping
463*10 ram=1110 4435 1m , break 10sec on edge :
max boot fsb into OS=484mhz, can boot at 500fsb but can't enter OS, maybe too hot
ok, now lets see some dualcore fsb
max bootable = 540fsb (enter OS)
set perf_lvl=12 (default=9) then push to 570fsb+ :up:
i almost forgot it's a x38/x48 mobo but not a 965/p35
stability @ 500fsb with 1.425v v_NB and 1.33v v_Fsb
bandwith > 11k with 505fsb :
as i've been told, this board's MSRP < 250$ (including tax)
so...should be a pretty good choice for a x48 mobo
ISL6327+6 phasse pwm , 1*up+2*down mos , + all o-xon solid-alu-caps.
2.1v core, 2.8v+ vdimm, enough for some moderate overclking.
AMI bios, easy overclking, 6layer black pcb ......
let's wait :up:
