best thing you can try is a program that can raise the clockgen direct from the board, but it wont give you that much ability to overclock unfortunately.... Try clockgen, I think thats the name of the program that lots of ppl use.

OC away on the 4400 some of them will do 2.9ghz. I dont know if i heard of 3ghz on them... Just keep your temps under 55c
