How come I go into powersaving mode

Thread Starter
ATM im overclocked at:
3201.8- core speed
x9.0-multi
1423.1-fsb
Vcore-1.375
HT-1.36
Dram-2.1
NB-1.36
SB-Auto

My memory is at:
4-4-4-12-2T 800mhz (790.6 actual mhz) Dram frequency of 395.3
FSB/DRAM= 9:10

If I change the 800mhz to 801mhz (800.4 actual mhz) I go into power saving mode. My board shows only ddr2-800mhz, ddr2-667mhz, ddr2-533mhz as compatable, is this why i cant increase it anymore?

I don't know the answer, so I want to ask a question to test myself to see if I'm learning anything: is this because the memory timings need to be loosened?
