Need Advice On Asrock Mobo

Hello I have a asrock 4core dual sata2 ,with a q6600 ,ruby red cooler ,2gigs ocz gold ddr2 667mhz ,7300gs 512 mb pcie ,500 gig sata ,hdtv card pci . when I try to overclock (mild) she won't run stable so I'm think of upgrading my mobo to this ASRock Penryn1600SLI-110dB LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard link http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16813157120 and 2 MSI NX8600GT Twin Turbo GeForce 8600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card link http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16814127306 and I got a awsome deal on this memory OCZ Platinum Revision 2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory ( link for information only I purchased it else where deal already ended ) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227139 after rebates they paid me $10.00 didn't cost me anything and got $10.00 extra bucks . my budget for a new board is around $130 max .please let me now what you think and if you have any suggestions .I will be only doing mild overclocking .Thank you

most 650i boards youll only be able to get about 3ghz on your chip. you would better off with a 680i t1 or a1 board. or get a p35 board and run a single card but you ll be able to get more out of your quad

i would get a single 8800gt its better than both of those 8600's and go with a p35 board also its aout 20 bucks cheaper than your combo
