Good news.

My cpu wasn't stable so i went back a fixed that. I retried the settings and it didn't work. I left it at 2.2V and set the timings to "auto" to see what it would give. Booted up memtest with 5-7-7-20 and passed. I manually set the timings and it's passed an hour of OCCT.

Auto settings for noobs...

Now with those extra loose timings will it yield any performance gain? Try running SiSoft Sandra's memory tests for bandwidth and latency. Everest has a pretty good test as well.

Compare stock to overclocked and you'll be able to see whether or not this will really give you any gains.

Nice now stabilize it Mines stable with 2.0volts 6-6-6-18-60

Your temps are terrible sorry, try reseting your heatsink

Ok will do sometime maybe...

I think memtest gave around 5200Mb bandwidth at this speed.

My cpu was being used by the F@H GPU client (bottom right) which takes about 60% of my CPU when folding, so those aren't idle temps
