Whats a good disk defrag program I could use? My comp likes to lock up and when that happens, my HD light is always on so I have a feeling a defrag could help.

I use Auslogic, which I just downloaded about a week ago when I wanted to defrag. The windows one was so slow, and didnt show progress or anything. Auslogic is fast, and easy to use. A lot of reviews from google recommended it, so I tried it out. Works pretty good. Its also supported by 32 and 64 bit vista, so that was a plus.

Diskeeper works best for me. The background defrag works without any hassle.

I use Diskeeper 2k8 on both Vista 32 bit Home premium as well the XP Pro desktop. Works great. On Vista, it's VSS compatible mode helps.
