How to turn off the FSB wall on Celeron 420?

I cannot get over 396 FSB! I think it is a FSB WALL But how to beat the wall?

You don't "turn off" a FSB wall.

When you run into a FSB wall try and increase it higher. say it is at 396 don't try 400 just jump to like 410 or something.

Also have you increased the voltage to the chipset? not even making 400FSB on a P35 is bad. My P35 board can run 500FSB at max voltage.

It could also be you're RAM timings.
