You mean artifacts????

Whats your Fan speed set to on your videocard?

those are artifacts, is your card overclocked? it may be over heating.

sorry forgot temps are in the 60C-70C range max ingame though

would you suggest i buy an aftermarket cooler?

not quite yet, it could very well just be a bad card or it could have gone bad.
