I wouldn't say that you can't do it, but it'll be difficult. However, I still encourage you to try nonetheless.
My case is pre-made for watercooling so i may do that eventually. But i would really like to impress some people with air cooling
until i get some more money that is.
But it seems like p35 is going to be my next board then.... Seeing as pcie 2.0 isn't a big deal according to everyone, and I use nvidia cards usually so crossfire won't happen soon.
I will try
The 750i and 650i are almost identical in build, and identical in performance. Getting anything above 3.6-.7 on a Q6600 is difficult because of the heat. A TRU1E might be able to handle it, but the TT120 won't.
The reviews i read on the 750i ftw had them getting 3.6 with q6600's easily... And hitting 470 fsb with 7x easy too.
It always comes back to the p35 for performance, so that looks like where i have to go... but i still will keep my eye on the 750i ftw until i make my mobo purchase... then i will ignore it
I'll be lapping my tuniq at the least, not the q6600 yet...
