Help overclocking am2 3800

Thread Starter
Hey guy, i just bought a new motherboard from gigabyte GA-MA69GM-S2H.
I have never done overclocking before. I'm running a am2 3800 (2.0) cpu, 2 gigs of ddr 667 rams, 500 watts power supply, and cpu fan at 3027 RPM. I want to Oc this 2.0 to atleast .6. The bios has many options for me to adjust and i don't know how to play around with it. If you go to this site, you will see pictures of my bios, http://www.firingsquad.com/hardware/..._690/page3.asp

Hope you guys can tell me what to do from there, thanks guys!

Advanced Chipset Features
You need to adjust CPU Clock Ratio and CPU Frequency
But you should remember that, it isn't all. If you overclock your CPU you need to set your memories properly, also voltage is important... so if you don't know how to do that first read a bit about.
"THE" Definitive DFI AMD Overclocking guide! , it's about DFI but that don't matters, most important things are figured. And everything is nice written.
Sorry for my English
