Oh Yeah...That will make a nice rig for you...A couple of things I would change or look at are;

I'd get the Fuzion CPU block, it might get you another C or two..The GT isn't bad though if you prefer it...Just don't get the Apogee GTX, it has aluminum in it....

Be sure to get barbs for the rad, those G1/4 will not fit the PA, you need G3/8x1/2 barbs for it......

I just plain don't like Tygon, its gummy feeling to me, if you have some really tight bends you might want to get a couple of feet of it for that...I like Masterkleer a lot better and its cheaper, if they have it there..1/2x3/4".I'd go ahead and get at least 10', 15' would be better, you'll use it and nothing is worse then running out of tubing and having to wait on it.....

Non-conductive fluids are just to much $$$, if it makes you more comfortable with WC'ing go ahead and grab some...I know they have this there.HydrX ..Its as good as anything, mix it with distilled water....I've know a few guys who used the Primochill and liked it, the Fesser I don't know anything about...

Make sure the D-5 pump is the vario version and not the "B" model...The "B" model flows 30% less then the vario as tested by Martin and CrazyJoe...

I fixed all that up, except I'm thinking of ditching the conductive fluids and trying a mixture. When you refill your setup, how do you make sure you put the right amount of dye, antifreeze, anti-bacterial stuff, ect... ?
P.S. I'm going to stick with the gt for now 10.00 extra doesn't seem to justify 1-2c difference IMO

For coloring you could just figure out a ratio for dye:Anti-bacterial:water and then just multiply as necessary. Or you could just go 1 mL isopropyl alcohol/antifreeze/antibacterial to 20 mL water and throw in dye until the color is just right

Also AFAIK the GT has been know to cause galvanic corrosion link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galvanic_corrosion

If you get the fuzion get the nozzles with it.

I think if watercooling as its own seperate hobby. Quality air-coolers do a good enough job for most but they are nowhere near as fun. There's something so cool (excuse pun) about getting everything hooked up and running a loop for the first time. I'd totally go for it! As others have said, watercooling gear typically has a much, much longer useful lifespan than other computer hardware.

I thought that corrosion only occurs when two or more different metals are in the loop. Are you sure you're not mistaking the GT for the GTX?

Yeah the GTX is the one with an aluminum top on it...

I always just mix my coolant up in a 2 liter soda pop bottle and then pour it in my loop..Then if there is any left when i'm done I put the cap back on the bottle and save it for top offs...Your coolant level will drop over time even with a sealed loop, I think a lot of it goes through the tubing walls, thats why they get a white tinge to them over time...

If your using Pentosin mix 4 ounces of it to every 40 ounces of distilled, then PT Nike just a couple of drops in the whole loop is plenty...I have an old measuring cup that I use just for coolant mixing...

After the initial cost its not really expensive either, the gear lasts for years, unlike most comp related gear...

Do a little research on parts and application now and it may save you a little time and $$$ on down the road, and you'll probably end up with a better rig ...
Ira-k, you have definitely inspired me to take a walk on the wet side. I found that if you have patience, you can definitely save a lot of money by buying used parts. I got a pump/res combo, rad, and soon to be waterblock all for 115 dollars. It definitely seems like a lot of fun. Basically, what ira said.
