wow you are nice... i was recently forced to have to downgrade my intel setup , and sell it on ebay. It was worth well over 1000 , but only got 600 dollars for it. So there , i lost money like crazy , now im on a decent AM2 system , but i havent overclocked because my temps are pretty bad with this stock cooler.

I really want to overclock, i miss the old days of 3.4 GHz on my dual core.

Im hoping my luck skills will help me out on this one

Count me in please

First off, this is a very cool thing to do!

My stepson's rig is sporting an AMD 4600+ on stock cooling. He is 15 and plays sports so he doesn't work atm. He really wants to be able to OC his processor but the stock cooling is stopping him. This infinity would be great for him and we would install it together!

Btw he is also a member of the site but not very active, his OCN name is denhamspike.

Good luck everyone!

This is a geeks dream come true. I'm even more ramped about this than h00chi3's E6600 give away a few months back.

My reasons?

Well my E2180 idles at 40 degrees hits 60 degrees under full load at the stock FSB and voltage. It tops out at over 70 degrees with my V60 when running at 3Ghz with 1.44v and would probably go higher if I let the test run. I had also tried it with my older OCZ Tempest and the temperatures went out of control with that also.

I know my VID is on the high side at 1.325 but others are running stock coolers and getting much lower temperatures than I am while running the same increased voltage. Either my CPU is a piece of junk or my heatsinks simply cannot handle what I need them to even with 4 case fans running at 100% and my ambient temperature being about 25 degrees +/- 2 degrees.

Essentially I'm running at least 10 degrees hotter than others (and I have screen shots to prove it).

This would be awesome for my setup and allow me maintain that magical 1Ghz overclock mark.

Trust me, I'll be posting before, during and after pictures and screen shots of my temperatures once this thing is bolted on. My high temperatures have been a constant pain in the hind parts so I'll need to do some bragging.

Awesome freebie.

Woah! You are really generous for giving away such an item for free, I would put my name down for it because this crappy arctic freezer pro barely fits on my motherboard (stupid tall heatsinks! ) but im saving up some money to go to water. I'm sure whoever gets this will be pretty darn pleased though
