Ha ha im flattered but no. I will be start masking my case up again tonight for painting again tomorrow. I will be doing a kind of electrical theme. I am trying to replicate the lines on the motherboards PCB with the blue paint.

Wow, after creepin through this thread I gotta admit that I'm impressed. Case looks really good, and I can't wait to see what it will look like fully painted.

Are you planning on using the extra space in the case on something? Maybe watercooling? Keep up the good work

Yeah i will one day watercool. I was going to watercool it once i finished painting it but i have has some hardware issues and need a new PSU so i can affor it now. But i will be getting some cool modding gear for my case when i order my new PSU... I will post pics of the gear in a bit. There is a spot to mount a 3X120 Rad on the front intake and future expantion on the top for a 2X120 rad but i will have to cut the slots to fit. The pump and res can be mounted to the tray and there is room to install another 120mm fan on the tray if needed.

Here are some pics of what i am getting not much but will look cool.

Handels

Case feet. Will match my Blue theme well i think.

I am also buying a Coursair 750W PSU as well as another fan connector and maybe a fan to bolt to the second heat sink on my 3870X2. If i have enough cash i will be also be buying a 500GB HDD.

Thanks man. My case sits in a jet black compartment on my desk so i think the blue iluminating on the black from under my case will look absolutley sweet.

Hmm, looking good.

I must admit I thought you would run into trouble with the PSU cables not being long enough, but it seems okay.

Just some points:
- For $39.00 are you sure you want those handles, have you tried your local hardware store yet?
-- Is the aluminum case-top strong enough for those handles, will it bend or flex with the weight? (You might want some braces across the width to bolt through.)
- Those case feet are (By default) stuck on with sticky-pads just so you know. (Stability Issues Methinks) [Link Here]

Good Luck!
- James

P.S I somewhat doubted the overall outcome of this case, I thought it would be too overly large but compared to some other cases it seems perfectly acceptable. (When it was beside those over cases it gave some perspective.)

A hinged door is somewhat interesting, as long as you have a way to fasten it up.
Hmm, how about some of those pneumatic lifters they use in hatchback cars? (Just push a release and the panel ascends by itself! )
That'd be original. (Unless you think it's too "Acer Predator".)

[If you do get/have some just remember to tweak them so they don't blow the panel right off! ]

Those pop out hinges things you are talking about are called struts. When you buy them from the proper place (not your local auto shop) they will add the gas pressure to suit your needs. I have looked into this and i will set this up at some point

Regarding the handels i completely forgot to check my local hardware store... They should have some good ones and i will be in town tomorrow as well . Any your right. I will most likely have to reinforce it. It will be strong enough but i would like to do it just for the added strenght anyway.

Edit: The fact it is double sided tape wont bother me really... It isnt getting moved much. But i will have a look at the hardware store for some wheels or some aluminium case feet.

For a case of that size looking into some strong low-profile casters would be ideal for moving it about when you don't wanna lift it. (The lower/shorter casters the better, don't wanna be top-heavy now.)

Anyway, good work so far, still can't believe your 17. I'm 16 and thought cutting out 1/2 dozen fan holes was ambitious! ~lolz
