which one though? ive seen two different types in stores latly. a cheaper one that dosnt look as good, and the newly designed one that looks better and it more sleekly deigned but is also a fair bit more expensive. i have 2 acer LCDS and i have no complaints.

nah im pretty sure i want samsung, we seriously have everything samsung, and he will prob use his current 19" as a second screen, so it would be nice to get one that matches it exactly, and since samsung do the nice simple black look that matches everything.. its what would look very nice =) the cheapest i can find it on is at http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/...ducts_id=26754

yes Silver is BLAH, I had a 19" silver and hated it, but if u can find the Black version it is wellllll worth it.

I have a samsung 24" and a HP 24" and hate them both compared to my Acer

hmm well not to be rude, but no one has really answered my question. Its not what monitor to get but rather to get it from. Im pretty set on what monitor i want, ive been looking at them for a while, and i want one that blends in nicely with what he has got, which is a black lian li case, with a black samsung monitor. He loves samsung (our whole home theartre system is samsung) I know i want the samsung 245B i think its called, and i obviously need to get it in Australia.
I have a couple of sites...
http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/...ducts_id=26754
http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/23891
but was kinda hoping someone could point me in the direction of somewhere cheaper =)
