X3110 @ 4G Voltage too high?

I saw people worry about using higher voltage than 1.4V
However, I've been using my chipset for almost 3 months with 1.55V-1.60V.
Anyways, here's my OC.

Finished 8 hours of PRIME Max temp 56

Given voltage right now is 1.53V. Try to lower it in next few days.
Not really comfortable with the voltage. but core temps are good after lapped T.R.U.E. never go above 60.

Any comment will be appreciated to improve my OC.

Don't tell me that my VCore is high so I will break it,, cuz I know.

thats a wee high intel say max is 1.45 for 45nm chips

what was the temp when he broke his chip
cuz I see a lot of people using at 500fsb+ @ 1.6 more even 1.7V when cooling system supports

I told u guys already,, I have used at 1.55-1.6V for 3 months...
and No feeling about degradation.
My chipset is strong i guess,, compare to dead chipsets from you guys.. lol

I've seen Intel's spec sheets for the 45nm CPU's, and I believe their maximum voltage listed is 1.4V. Keep in mind, the maximum listed for 65nm Conroe CPU's is 1.55V. The CPU VID (or "stock" voltage, so to speak) is usually much lower. The 45nm Wolfdales cannot generally tolerate the same voltage as 65nm (Conroe) or higher chips because of the architecture. (Like my Athlon XP 130nm can do 1.7V no problem). In layman's terms, the pathways just keep getting smaller which require (and tolerate) less voltage to function properly.

And yes, I've already seen people here and on other forums fry their Wolfdales with over 1.4-1.45V. I would consider 1.55V+ MUCH too high for the CPU. 1.6-1.7 volts is downright suicide.

And voltage does kill CPU's, not just temps. It's called Electron Migration. It can slowly ruin a CPU over time, or even kill it instantly.
