It's going to be difficult to cool a system like that in an ITX case, but that is pretty awesome. If I got system like that, I think low-profile water would be the best bet at keeping it cool.

Wow, very cool. Makes me want to go out and build an HTPC.

Actually I wonder if they will make these with a PCI-E 8 or 16x slot, then I would most certainly buy one, just for the sheer joy of taking pics of it with something like an 8800GTX plus Thermalright ultra 102 extreme, on a teeny tiny board.

Ultra ITX? Looks like Mini ITX to me...

TBH I think Micro-ATX is the way to go - having so many expansions slots is a waste for most people, unless your using dual or triple cards.

Does anyone know the price of these?

Folding Farm anyone? you could build a bunch of cheap folding rigs with ITX boards.

I imagine it would be a lot cheaper to buy budget ATX boards as they will be produced in more supply

That's some cool stuff right there. It's friggin tiny. No PCI slots, apparently because of onboard video and audio as well as LAN. This would be the perfect budget builder's motherboard, and super budget building can at times be as hard as super gaming rig building. Trying to weed out the junk from the usable hardware can be difficult at times, but this mobo looks promising.
