you cant raise the multiplier it is locked with the processor you have if you want to overclock just raise the FSB thats your best bet

try setting your memory multi at 2.0 that should help a lot

and also could you give me your stock voltage and the voltage you run at 2.4

Agreed. You could also try something other than the stock HSF.
