First OC! Increasing voltages?

Thread Starter
I've decided to overclock my system and I did it step by step until I reached 3.0 Ghz which I have decided I am happy with. However the first time stess testing on Orthos at 3.0 Ghz, my system rebooted at about 4-5 minutes so I upped the voltage one notch. Then I tried again and that time it crashed at around 10-12 minutes so I upped vcore again. Now this last time it did not reboot but instead gave me this message:

2:FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.498046875, expected less than 0.4
2:Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
2:Torture Test ran 5 minutes 44 seconds - 1 errors, 0 warnings.
2:Execution halted.

It scared me because my motherboard started beeping. What went wrong?
My vcore set in bios is 1.378 but is shown as 1.35. On windows on full load it gets down as low as 1.324v.

Wouldn't you say 63 degrees is pretty safe? So, the beeping was my motherboard overheating? Or was it Orthos if it encounters an error?

So should I just increase the vcore by 1 or 2 more notches? Max temp for e2160 is 73º isn't it? Should I increase the MCH Voltage, FSB, or RAM?
