i try to say "1.15v under load" or "1.57 in bios" but if you not sure about it ask them.

I provide the VCore reading that is provided by a monitoring app.

It seems that when discussing a particular state of a machine, that the actual reading in question should be the one provided; otherwise we are making decisions based on potentiality, not reality (unless specifically stated).

Depends on who you ask. I usually state the BIOS set voltage. But I'll elaborate with idle/load voltages according to CPU-Z if need be.

My voltage is from CPU-Z and HWmonitor since I think they are closer to my real voltage after the Vdrop.

1.5 ~ 1.55V Core is prob the highest you'l want to go with your CPU. (assuming your temps are acceptable as well). Intel Spec says 1.55V max I believe. That is actual voltage - as in, the highest your Vcore goes to. (Usually it's highest at idle when checked with a hardware monitor like CPU-Z).

I agree with a few others. I'll mention whether that value is reported in the BIOS, in CPU-Z at idle or under load.

The definitive answer is that there is no definitive answer. It's all in how people post it.
