WD 500 gb HD
OCZ Reaper 2gb
Samsung DVDR
Gamextreme 700W PSU
Coolermaster rc690 case = total 1246$ before rebates w/shipping

or

DFI Lanparty DK p35
E8400 w/ Tuniq Tower
Same GPU, PSU, Case, HD, Ram(Possible upgrade to G .Skill on this build)
= total 1173$ w/shipping before rebates

I'd defintely go with the 2nd build. IMO very solid.

If you're not going to do SLI within the next 6 months go with the DFI IMO.
